A. Information You Provide

Account Data: Name, email, and preferences.
User Content: Text input is collected and processed to generate AI-based responses, personalize the learning experience, and provide core app functionality.

B. Automatically Collected

Device model, OS, IP address, and usage logs/crash reports.

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We use trusted partners to provide the Service. Your data is never sold. Partners include:

Supabase & Koyeb: Database and hosting.
OpenAI & Google: AI processing (via API).
Microsoft & Inworld: Text-to-Speech processing.
RevenueCat & Stripe: Subscription and payment management.
Mixpanel: Analytics.

We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Some of our service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Your Rights

Under Swiss and EU law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with Swiss legal/tax requirements.

6. Security

We implement technical security measures to protect your data, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app (Settings → Manage Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed, except where retention is required for legal obligations.
